The designation SEGPREG® refers to the impregnation of our laminates and films with a B-Stage resin. The following laminates are available in B-Stage versions:

*D=Dacron®/ M=Mylar® (or other brands)

**N=Nomex® /M=Mylar® (or other brands)

***N=Nomex®/Pi = Polyimide (brands including Kapton®, Zenimid™, others)

We also coat non-laminated materials:

• NOMEX® (discret grade included)

• Reinforced nonwoven

• PET

• Glass fiber

• Others (PEEK, PEAK, PPS…)

Lamination is performed using an adhesive formulated by SEG DIELECTRIQUES. 

All SEGPREG® films are thermal class H (according to IEC 60085).

Our SEGPREG® laminates are designed for insulating electric motors, electric transformers, and other equipment requiring special insulation.

Insulation materials in the SEGPREG® family are available in different widths, from 7 mm to 1560 mm (depending on the product).

Our laminates come in different colors and thicknesses.
