Impregnation Varnish E524

MONOCOMPONENT SOLVENT-BASED PHENOLIC EPOXY

SEG DIELECTRIQUES formulates its own resins and impregnation varnishes. 

E524 impregnation varnish is suitable for impregnating windings and static and rotating equipment such as motors and generators. It can be used in thermal class H systems (according to IEC 60085). E524 is freon-resistant and suitable for hermetic units.

E524 varnish can be applied by dipping, VPI, or drop-by-drop. E524 is available in a tropicalized version. 

This impregnating varnish is UL OBOR2 180°C and OBJS2 200°C certified under the following numbers: E104619 & E157509
